With the ethos of simple beauty and effectively supporting from the inside out, Beautifully Nourished use pure, concentrated and powerful formulas to target deep within the cells for ultimate regeneration.  Beautifully Nourished's vitamins are precisely dosed for maximum results, to feed the mind, body and soul.

We use natural and organic ingredients wherever possible, working with plants, natural oils and skin nourishing butters for that Beautifully Nourished glow.

We are proudly certified natural by Ecocert.

Our Ethics?

As an eco-friendly brand, we are proudly net carbon neutral. We ship with net zero shipping providers within biodegradable mailer bags. Every-time we place a new mailer order, a new tree is planted.  Our product packaging is fully recyclable and our outer packaging is made from recycled materials.

All of our products are and will always be cruelty free. We offer a wide vegan offering and never test on animals.  All of our skincare lines are vegan friendly.

Proudly a female founded brand, our Beautifully Nourished story begins with Katherine Elyse Blake and her belief that each and every individual has the right to experience themselves in complete health and in complete peace.

I founded Beautifully Nourished to encourage individuals all over the world to embrace what they want, what they have and who they are.

As an associate, registered nutritionist, wellness is my top priority.  Taking the time to look after ourselves and treat ourselves well can have profound effects on all areas of our lives.
