When In My Cycle Should I use Bakuchiol

The follicular phase (from the end of your period to ovulation) is when skin is naturally more resilient and responsive to active ingredients. This is the ideal time to introduce or intensify bakuchiol use, as cell turnover is heightened and collagen production is naturally supported by rising oestrogen levels.

Using this serum during your follicular phase can amplify glow, firmness and overall skin clarity. 

This mild to skin, gentle alternative to retinol can be continued into the luteal phase in those without overly hormone reactive skin. Adjust frequency of use to your own skins needs. 

How to Use

Apply 2–3 drops to clean, dry skin in the evening after cleansing and toning. Gently press over the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Allow the serum to fully absorb before applying moisturiser.

Use nightly for best results. Bakuchiol is non photosensitising, but daily SPF is recommended to protect results and support healthy skin.

For sensitive skin, begin with use every other night and increase as tolerance builds.
